1. Returns Eligibility

✅ Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
✅ Products must have all tags attached and remain in their original condition.
✅ Beauty and personal care products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
✅ Sale and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return.
2. How to Request a Return

3️⃣ Ship the item(s) back using a trackable shipping method.
4️⃣ Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
⚠️ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and approved:
💰 Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
💳 If using Afterpay/Klarna, refunds may take additional processing time.
🚫 Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to an error on our part.

Want a different size or color? No problem! Simply follow the return process and place a new order for your desired item.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
